 When Dr. Peppercorn contacted us and asked what we could do to improve his site's navigation we knew it was a job for Flash. With the number of different pages with medical procedures and treatments it would be impossible to list them all under one navigation panel and still have a neat design. That's where Flash comes in. Not only were we able to develop a fully functional navigation panel with links to all the pages of his site accompanied with sound effects and eye candy. By using Flash and removing the over bloated JavaScript functions we were able to reduce the file size and cut the download time dramatically. On a slow connection 26.4 kbps, we clocked the download time of the original and new home pages: Old page download time = 30 seconds. And the new page download time = 7 seconds. |

Buy blurring the logos in the background we were able to create a 3D effect with a small window the appears from the back sliding to the fore ground. Each page reload and or panel click produces a random Bible verse in the welcome window. |
